With over three years experience in the Quality Assurance field, Gleb is a fault finding Superhero. Within exactly four minutes of getting his eager hands on a new software or hardware product, he has already taken it apart, figured out how it works, put it back together, and has determined exactly what's wrong with it. Gleb is excited to use his laser-sharp brain and hypersensitive attention to detail to promote HiDef's noble causes through sustainability.

My day at HiDef starts where ever I feel like it. Being virtual lets me choose where my day will unfold. I like to start the day off in my sketch book or in Photoshop with a hot cup of coffee and some great music. From there I’m heads down doing what I love coming up for air for the occasional meeting or creative review. I walk away from each day feeling fulfilled and proud of the work I’ve made, the people I made it with, the clients I made it for, but most of all the people’s lives it will change. Read More »
I joined to a large extent because I was impressed by two different aspects of HiDef – the caliber of the people with whom I met and the scale and sophistication of the projects being pursued.
Those HiDeffers I met were intelligent, talented, passionate about their work, light-hearted, and truly excited to be there. And they still are. I could tell that they did not just love their work, but loved the team with which they workd and the culture in which they worked. They were about making a better world, and that is a stong motivator. Read More »
