As most business development folks will agree, Agile software development is a challenging sales proposition. Its loosely-defined model doesn’t fit nicely into the traditional proposal and contract process, which remains the norm for our industry. Since being promoted to CEO at HiDef, I’ve witnessed how successful our Agile project approach has been. At the same time, some clients have struggled to look at the sales cycle a bit differently.
